When are water bills sent out?
Bills are sent twice yearly, in early July and early January. You are billed retroactively for the prior half year.

What determines how much I will be billed?
The number of "appliances" that use water; this includes sinks, toilets, showers, outside faucets, dishwashers and clothes washing machines. Additional charges are added for lawn irrigation systems, swimming pools and hot tubs.
